What Causes Heavy Vaginal Bleeding?
Started bleeding heavy with clots for 7 days went to have a surgery on day 8 said i had a pos. Pregnancy test still bleeding but was light then started cramps on day 9 10 and 11 on day 11 it was more like old blood and coffee grounds could it be a miscarriage

Yes it is a miscarriage because UPT was positive and blood clots were there. Just get a USG to check if the entire fetus is expelled. For next time you may take advise when you conceive.
