What Causes Hemorrhagic Cyst On Right Ovary?

I m 40 yrs old and I just got test results stating that I have a hemorrhagic cyst on my right ovary 1.3cm. No significant free fluid . Uterus is normal in size and echotexture measuring 10.2×5.2×6.5. The endometrium measures up to 6mm. My question is should I be worried and also does this mean I will not be able to have any more children? I ve had 3 miscarriages within the past 4 yrs

Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Hemorrhagic cyst which is so small in size and not causing any major symptoms is unlikely to cause any problem.
It will gradually resolve on its own.
It will not cause any hinderance in conceiving and pregnancy.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
