What Causes Hemorrhoids Despite Using Anusol HC-1?

Hy doctor i have been suffering piles for about 3 months now. I used the anusol medicine but it was not effective, and preparation H ointnent but still there was no change. I have also bought many pills which are inserted in the anus but no change ,please help me
