What Causes Herpes?
I ve been getting cold sores(herpes) all my life but I never knew I had herpes in my system. I went for a annual check up and had a bacteria infection so my Doctor decided to do a full exam,. blood work & all to make sure all was well. The other day I got a phone call saying I had herpes and was prescibted azithromycin.. Is that what I need & is it for herpes simply 1 because I ve never had any out break on my vagina? This is so stressful...Please help

Unlawful sex causes vaginal or genital herpes
Herpes labialis may occur due to kiss or vaginal delivery.
Azithromycin not a antiherpes
If you repeated attack of herpes you may need antiviral in regular maintainance dose.
