What Causes Heterogeneous Echo Potent In The Thyroid Gland?

Dear Doctor
I was check on my thyroid gland by ultrasound thats doctor reported: both lobes show heterogenous echopotent whit hypervascular and Rt lobe loer pest part which measure about 13.8 * 9 mm and he suggest to follow up Nuclear scan ,and for labrotary test there is increase in TSH (11pmol/L) and normal FT3 & FT3 levels, so I am scare if there is a big problem like tumor can you help me by answer

I have gone through your question.
I can understand your concern.

It is not the tumour.

But your TSH level is high. So you have hypothyroidism.

You need to take thyroid supplement.

Drugs like synthroid, eltroxin or armour can be useful. It us prescription based medicine so consult your doctor and take treatment accordingly.
