My son had the hiccups for a couple hours and then threw up..after he wanted to eat and drink and was feeling good about ten minutes later had the hiccups and he s feeling sick like he s going to throw up...what s going on is this just a bug..or something else making him have the hiccups and vomit
Hiccups may be due to diaphragmatic contractions were seen in diaphragm irritation. Seen in pleurisy or pneumonia or hepatitis or subdiaphragmatic abscess or intra abdominal pathology or kidney or renal failure or idiopathic.
You may try tablet.baclfen according to the body weight twice a day. If Symptoms not improved please consult your paediatrician he will examine and treat you accordingly.
