Hello,
* The high BP can be of various issues depending upon the level, persistence and associated features.
If it is only during the episode of abdomen pain, that can be of sympathetic drive associated and if it is present in absence of abdomen issue, consistently over 3 days , measuring by expert clinician in non stressful resting conditions ; it can be idiopathic, renal issues or others.
* So far as abdomen cramps are concerned, there can be various reasons as
- chronic GERD
-
digestive enzyme disturbances
- liver problems
-
umbilical hernia or paraumbilical hernia
-
gall bladder or biliary tract disorders
- intestine issues as narrowing, tumor or else
- systemic disorders of
metabolism as glycogen storage disorder or others.
However, a detailed history, physical findings and necessary lab tests, radiology reporting with
ultrasound and scopy are mandatory to get the precise diagnosis and treat accordingly.
I would like to know the status of any reports if available with you during follow up chat for further correspondence. Awaiting for your response.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel
