What Causes High BP And Heavy Sensation In The Abdomen?
My mom does have debates, high blood pressure and she by pass surgery and she on medication regularly. Also Dr gave her Furosemide for her heart if their water build up so she can pee so now she felt heavy on her tummy and unconfatble what should I di?

Hi,
Distention in the abdomen and edema may indicate cardiac pathologies (right heart failure due to coronary stenosis, heart valve insufficiency etc.) or renal pathologies as diabetic complications. I suggest a visit to your cardiologist, until that time I suggest salt restriction for alleviating the symptoms. Use Furosemid with caution due to possibility of sodium-potassium imbalance.
