General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,
Welcome to HCM,

This chest pain does not seem to be cardiac origin as per your cardiac evaluation,so there is no need to be worried at present.

However, this pain might be related to musculo-skeletal origin or may be related to some gastric issue which should be further investigated by complete history taking regarding pain, its nature, radiating to some other site or not, consistency and clinical examination.

Meanwhile, you can take over the counter pain killers like diclofenac with antacid like pantoprazole and take bed rest for few days if pain is troublesome.

For,high blood pressure you can take anti-hypertensive (amlodipine 5 mg) on daily basis prescribed by qualified physician with salt restricted diet.

You should see physician for complete examination and further treatment.

Regards,
