General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

The symptoms you are experiencing could be indicative of several conditions, including hypertension (high blood pressure), arrhythmias (irregular heartbeat), and migraine headaches. High blood pressure can cause headaches, chest pressure, and palpitations. Arrhythmias can also cause palpitations and chest pressure. Migraines can cause headaches and dizziness.

It is recommended that you seek medical attention immediately to get a proper diagnosis and treatment. The high blood pressure readings, along with the other symptoms, warrant further evaluation by a healthcare provider. They may recommend additional tests, such as a blood test, echocardiogram, or a Holter monitor to assess the heart's rhythm over time.

It is important to manage hypertension and arrhythmias promptly, as they can lead to serious complications such as stroke and heart attack. Migraines can also significantly impact the quality of life and may require medication and lifestyle changes to manage.

In the meantime, it may be helpful to avoid caffeine and other stimulants, practice stress-reducing techniques like deep breathing or meditation, and maintain a healthy diet and exercise routine.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Priyanka, General & Family Physician
