Hello,

You are suffering from high blood pressure. High blood pressure is commonly caused by smoking, alcohol consumption, excess salt in the diet, inadequate physical activity, being overweight, stress, etc. Other medical conditions that can cause high BP are family history of high blood pressure, chronic kidney disease, adrenal and thyroid disorders, sleep apnea, etc.

You are suggested to maintain healthy weight, avoid sedentary lifestyle, get active. Avoid taking salty snacks, limit salt intake. Avoid addictions if any. Get clinically examined by a GP to detect any medical condition that may be causing your symptoms. Get it treated at the earliest. To reduce acidity you can take antacids or PPIs, once daily for 10 days, you will feel better.

Acidity is commonly triggered by oily food, junk food, taking processed food, packaged food, trans fat, refined flour, certain food and vegetables, etc. Avoid there triggers. Pain in the knuckles, ankle, knee may be indicative of developing OA, RA, gout, etc. Get blood tests and Imaging tests done to confirm these joint diseases so that your treatment can be started at the earliest.

In the mean time you can take Combiflam or Naproxen, one SOS when needed. In case you are diagnosed with joint disease, you should do regular exercise, include anti inflammatory food in your diet. Consult a Nutritionist and switch to healthy diet and healthy lifestyle.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
