What Causes High BP?

Hi i am 45 yrs old male my height is 5'5" and my weight is 180. I havent been feeling well the last few days so i checked my blood pressure first try was 158/110 then i did it a second time and it was 148/107. My mother and sister has a history of high blood pressure. Should i go get checked by a doctor

Hi,
From readings it seems that you are having moderately high blood pressure.
Go for regular checking of BP and keep BP record.
Measure once in the morning and once in the evening.
If you have any present complain, consult your doctor and get examined.
Take less salt.
Avoid more sweet and fats.
Ok and take care.
