What Causes High Oxazepam Levels In Urine?

Hi, iam prescribed xanax, an had a urine screen an oxazepam showed up in high levels off .999 an keep getting told I have hi levels and I take my meds right on time as I should. Is the oxazepam a ingredient in my meds, an would it keep making my levels the same .999
