What Causes High PTH Levels In Blood?

Hello these are the results: I am a 52 years old women Everything in blood test is in normal range. Except PTH High (there is a flag that says high 74 ref range 10-70 ng/L Iron Low 9 ref range 14-29 Ferritin 16 ref range 50-300 As when I read on PTH they talked about calcium -PTH ratio. I give you the calcium results: Normal range: Calcium 2.21 ref range 2.12-2-62 corrected calcium: 2.13 ref range 2.12-2.62 My doctor gave me an appointment for the 17 of march but until then...I am worried. What might this refelct in my heath functionning? Any possibility of kidney problem? The creatinine ect. all normal range. The only abnormal results are the one I just gave you. Thank You.
