What Causes High WBC Count?
hi, i have my cbc check yesterday, i have high white blood cell 10.70 x10^9/L and high red blood cell 5.34 x 10^12/L, then my Eosinophil is also very high 11.60 % then my mean corpuscular volume is 78.80 fL, i cant breathe, may I know what is happening to me. Thanks

Hello,
The high eosinophil is suggestive of some allergic inflammation. You are having dyspnea problem as well. So it can be allergic bronchitis or asthma-like problem.
For that, you can be prescribed montelukast and Fexofenedine combination drug for seven days. If on examination bronchoconstriction present than bronchodilator inhalation can be prescribed.
