What Causes High Blood Pressure, Fatigue And Frequent Irregular Heartbeats?
I have had high blood pressure since I was 25 now 52 , never really been in control even with medicine. also extremely tired and vision going down hill fast can they be related? Also blood pressure can change from really high to low within a minute with more frequent irregular heartbeats. Should I see a cardiologist
Hello thanks for asking from HCM for your health related queries
I can understand your concern. Sudden changes in blood pressure can even occur during change in posture or in standing position after sitting for long. So I would advise you to visit a doctor to rule out any cardiac cause of your symptoms. Abrupt change in BP, fatigue, irregular heart beats etc can also occur in anxiety and need proper evaluation. In anxiety palpitations, tiredness etc symptoms are seen. If everything comes normal then visit a psychiatrist for help. Medicines like Clonazepam, Alprazolam etc when taken on SOS basis can help to control the anxiety. Sertraline, Fluoxetine, Paroxetine etc are commonly used anti-anxiety drugs. Visit a psychiatrist for help.
Thanks, Hope this helps you. Take care
