What Causes High Blood Pressure, Nausea, Vomiting, Dizziness And Fatigue?

I ve had an unusual high BP past 3 days associated with nausea,vomitting,dizziness and fatigue. I ve also unable to keep any food down. My pain is on upper left quadrant abdomen that radiates to my left upper back. Age 43F 5 3 180 lbs. What s wrong with me?
