been having high blood sugars and left side to middle low stomach pain; this afternoon I tested my sugars because I was falling asleep and they were 313 and I have never had sugars over 200; I ve also had a low grade fever which I attributed to allergies for a couple months now it s a on and off again thing

Hello,

High blood sugars will give you abdominal pain, nausea, and many more symptoms. Your recent fever could also be a reason for this. Consult a GP and get your sugars under control. It is important to check for urine ketone once sugars are over 250 and if urine ketone is present reach out to your doctor without any delay.

Even now I would advise that you do not delay but reach out to your GP or get yourself checked for urine ketone. You can buy this urine ketone sticks and check at home whenever your sugars go above 250.
