What Causes High Blood Sugar Levels Despite Taking Glycomet And Jalra?

I m diabetic since 36 and I m 46 now. I m taking the following medicines since last year. Glycomet Gp3/850 twice a day, Jalra 50mg twice a day, Triolmezest 40 mg, Novastat CV 10mg, Nurokind Gold 1 cap, Razo D 1 cap every day. My sugar level despite this is on an average 150-165 esp my fasting. and I m given insulin 20 units in the night. am I over drugged?

To know if your blood sugar is under control please get serum hba1c level done. This will actually help us to titrate the Medication.
