What Causes High Body Temperature Along With Dizziness?
my body i over heating 24/7 even in the winter and this has been happening since i was in grade 4 but im in grade 11 now and its worse then ever i cant sleep because of it and i get light headed and sometimes i pass out but i don t know why it happens please help

It may be due to viral infection.
For further assessment you may require complete hemogram, urine analysis, sugar level, peripheral smear for malaria parasites, dengue NS 1 after physician consultation.
You may require antibiotics as per report.
Keep your self hydrated.
Do regular blood pressure monitoring
