What Causes High Body Temperature With Over Weight?
I am 28 6 3 slightly overweight. I think my body temp runs high. I am generally much warmer that anyone in the room (even to the touch). Just now I had a hot flash that lasted about 30 min and is beginning to cool off (still not gone). I am in a cool air conditioned room and I feel like i am going to start sweating. What causes me to be so hot.

I really appreciate your concern and looking to the history given here I could say that you have not mentioned the reading of your body temperature, the surface temperature and core temperature are differ from each other if the surface temperature is little high and core temperature is normal then no need to worry, hope this information helps you, have a nice day.
