What Causes High Bp And Dizziness?
my brother is overweight and had a heart attack 3 years ago. He also has HBP. today he said his bp was 154/102 but when laid down was 90/68. Said he also felt dizzy. He is in a different location from me. I told him to call his Dr and he said they called back and said nothing to worry about, was probably from him being nausus. He also has flair ups with his gallbladder. Should I be concerned?

I could be more helpful if you tell me his current medication
Anyway there is important to differentiate the symptoms
If he has suffered first dizziness, it is true that blood pressure can be unstable
If he felt dizziness due to unstable blood pressure then HBP treatment must be changed
In my opinion those aren't symptoms which should worry you too much
