Pass blood test have been great. I started eating Hamburger(red meat) because my Iron had gotten very low because I haven t eaten meat in 20 years. at my Dr. advice. Hello,

Cholesterol value that you mentioned little high, but nothing to worry about it. If you don't have any other risk factors like hypertension or diabetes or hypothyroidism or ischemic heart disease or familial hypercholesterolemia etcetera.

Nowadays studies have shown that elevation of cholesterol may won't cause many problems. Usually, cholesterol produced by the liver. They are very important to myelination and nerve conduction.

For abnormal cholesterol production by the liver may cause atherosclerosis it stroke or myocardial infarction (MI). So please keep in touch with regular cholesterol check-up and follow with your doctor.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
