What Causes High Fever Along With Lower Back Pain In A Child?
my 7 year old daughter has been running fever of around 102.0 every night for almost two weeks. she also complains of lower back pain. we have been to the pediatrician twice they have done bloodwork and ruled out mono,flu,and strep. any help would be appreciated.

Conditions like urinary tract infection or appendicitis has to be considered. Consult a pediatrician and plan for an ultrasound scan. Paracetamol syrup can be taken to control fever.
