What Causes High Fever Along With Urinary Tract Infection And Headache?

my granddaughter has high fever 104.3 , urinary tract infection, swelling lymp nodes, headache, sinus infection. Her daughter has given her an antibiotic and a sample of her urine has been send to the lab. Advil does not seam to bring her fever down. What can these symptoms be associated with? my email is YYYY@YYYY

It seems your granddaughter has been suffering from infection which needs to be treated with proper antibiotic.
1.     Cefixime 100 mg every 12 hours per oral for 7 days
2.     Syrup alkaline citrate 2 teaspoonful three times daily for 1 week
3.     Levocetirizine 5 mg daily per oral for 5 days
4.     Paracetamol 500 mg per oral if fever occurs
5.     Do gargle with every 8 hours with betadine gargle liquid
6.     Avoid dust, smoking, alcohol, dry environment, cold and spicy food
7.     Drink 4 – 5 liters of uncontaminated water to flush out bacteria
8.     Do not hold your urine. Urinate when you feel
9.     Investigations:
a.     routine examination of urine
b.     culture & sensitivity of urine
