What Causes High Fever And Abdominal Bloating In A Toddler?

My daughter has a fever of 102.1 and is a bit gassy she s 2. Two days ago she ate four sausages they looked fine until the next day I discovered they were molded but the day she ate them they looked perfectly fine . The expiration date said Jan 2018 could it be from that

Hi..thanks for posted in HCM..I undestand yr concern ..sir it may be due to eating of sausage ..but they r presents with GI symptoms ..like nausea .comparing and diarrhoea..but she is fine it may be due to other cause like viral illness ..you shoud give Tab peracitamol half as fever more than 100.4 and syp dygene 5ml bd..
