What Causes High Fever And Headache Despite Taking Tylenon?
My son had been complaining about his head hurting really bad all day about 3 days ago and then that night he spiked a fever and I have him some Tylenol and he seemed to sleep through the night. But when he woke up he didn t want to eat anything and was weak. It s been 72 hours since he has had a high fever. What could be going on?

The fever also can cause a headache that's why he is complaining about it. Taking acetaminophen or ibuprofen for headache and fever is advisable alternating them every 4-6 hours while in pain or fever.
