Hello!

Welcome to 'Ask A Doctor service'!

Regarding your concern, I would explain that your symptoms could be related to an infection.

For this reason, I would recommend consulting with your attending physician for a physical exam and some tests:

-a chest X ray study
- complete blood count, PCR, ESR for inflammation
- blood bacterial culture
- a urine analysis
- urine bacterial culture.

Further tests may be needed to investigate for the type of infection.

Hope to have been helpful!

Wishing good health,

Dr. Iliri
