What Causes High Fever, Vomiting And Cold?
Our 2.5 year old has had a high temp for a few days now from 102 to 104. He has been throwing everything up, will not eat but does drink water. He has heavy breathing with high fever and runny nose and consistent coughing. He has also been grinding his teeth a bit when his temp does go higher...

I suspect he may be suffering from bronchitis or pneumonia. An intense cough makes him vomit.
I think he needs to use antibiotics and corticosteroid inhalation. Also, he can use assist or ambroxol.
