What Causes High Fever Which Begins In Leg And Moves To Head?
My 3 year old has been having high fevers that begin in his legs. They get really hot, then it moves throughout his abdomen and head. This has happened three times in the last few months. Do you know what the cause may be? It goes away in about 24 hours.

I understand your concern .The most common cause of fever is viral infection,then UTI and eventually enterocolitis . For confirmation of diagnosis I suggest blood,urine and stool tests.
