What Causes High Heart Rate And Blood Pressure?

My heart rate has been over 100 on and off, mostly on, for over a year. Heart tests have shown nothing. I ve had terrible rashes on my legs (OK now), red blood cells in my legs have died and left dots, legs and feet were really swollen last year, liver, kidney and blood sugar were off. I m 66 and my face still breaks out. Urgent care placed me on stronger water pill and anti itch medicine. I lost 20 pounds of water which cured some of my issues but not my rapid heart rate and high blood pressure.

Hi,

The symptoms you are telling that gets better by losing fluid can be related to weak heart and I'll advice you first to get a 2D Echo and ECG to see whether their is some abnormality or is it is just allergy.

Till than continue with that medicine which causes increased urination and eat some high protein diet.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
