General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

It can be a tachyarrhythmia. Consult a cardiologist and plan for an ECG. An echo year has to be repeated to rule out structural disorders of heart.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
