General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I think that elevated prolactin levels and headache may be related to prolactinoma a tumor in hypophysis. You should consult an endocrinologist and neurologist to think about surgery treatment since it isn't being managed by medications.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Olgeta Xhufka, General & Family Physician
