i am 23 years and for last 8 months i have been suffering from dizziness, i had an mri which was normal almost all the test including thyroid , blood sugar , blood tests all are normal .at earlier stage doctor prescribed me encorate chrono 200mg 2 times a day i had taken for 2 months which shows no effect then i taken stemetil md for 2 months no improvement i had been to ent doctor again everything normal now i have stopped all medicines and now my heart beat is around 120 and pulse rate is also very high and continue with dizziness i dont know which doctor to consult i am very upset

With a heart rate that is in the 120, I will recommend that you get a cradiologist to evaluate your heart and make sure everything is okay. Have you done an EKG before? This may help shed some more light to this.
