54yr women with a rested pulse rate of 110. At the start of physical therapy the pulse rate will climb to 145 and the therapist will stop session. Recently this has been accompanied with low grade fever, shakes, hives and occasional chills. What is causing this and what can get the pulse rate down? Any medication to put her on or take her off? Recent history (last 2 months), CA-MRSA, left hip septic arthritis, left femur osteomyelitis, left leg has 2 DVT, IVC filter placement, Left foot abcess. Craniotomy tumor resection in parietal/occipital region x2 poorly differentiated malignancy. Left upper thigh tumor of poorly differentiated malignancy. Right upper lung mass treated for pneumonia also bronchoscopy and hilar lymph nodes pathology resulting as (primary?) non-small cell vs mammory. Mammogram pending possible breast (primary?). Decubitus ulcer stage 2 bilateral buttocks. Foley catheter with continuous urinary track and bladder infefections. Newly diagnosis diabetes (medicine induced). Medicine in use.. Vancomycin, Cefepime, lovenox, lantus, keppra, risperidone, flexeril, ativan, percoset, insulin sliding scale among a few other meds for various minor health conditions. Past history with anal cancer with curative results in 2001.
