Dear don't be panic about 104 pulse rate.you are taking 3 medicines telma and cardace is for hypertension while metapro50 will control your pulse rate and decrease your blood pressure also..as said by you after taking all these your bp dropped to 100/70..you don't need such tight control of blood pressure . Your heart rate increased because you suddenly stopped metapro50. At his time without taking any tension about your pulse rate..just get your bp checked if it is more than 140 /90 then start any one of them.watch your bp for at least 3 times in a week and if bp is still high you can increase the dose of same drug . Or we can add another one. If we make hurry then we can't assess the drug effect and true requirements of you..so keep patience and consult to your physician for drug titration . Hope this will help.
