hi i am 40 year male i have burning in left upper side of stomach my sgpt 196 & Sgot 146, i have take u dilip 300 one month what my sgpt 156 & Sgot 132 , in ultrasound liver is showing fatty 1 , my doctor is not find the cause why my sgpt & sgot or high
Hi thank you for posting your query in HCM. SGOT AND SGPT are the liver enzymes , most sensitive indicators of liver cell injury and are most helpful in recognising acute hepatocellular diseases such as hepatitis. Elevated levels are due to fatty liver. This can be brought to normal range only by life style modifications and right medications.i would advise you to get a blood test done for triglycerides and cholesterol. Avoid fatty foods, alcohol, smoking. Have a balanced and healthy diet. Increase your physical activity. This will be helpful in lowering thses enzymes. Hope i have answered your question.
