What Causes Highly Sensitive Clitoris And Itchy Inner Labia?

I have been taking an antibiotic, amoxicillin, for about 4 days, 3 days ago my inner labia, vaginal opening, and clitoral hood have been itchy, and my clitorus is also very sensitive. Why is this. And what can be taken for this to subside. Thank you

Hi
Thank you for asking HCM.
I have gone through your query. As you got this symptoms while taking antibiotic your problem can be most likely due to yeast infection. A swab test can be done to confirm it. Creams with anti fungal agents like clotrimazole will be helpful for this. Clotrimazole cream is available as over the counter in brands like monistat. Avoid soaps and irritants to wash the area and instead you can use saline or warm water. Using intimate wash is also good to normalize vaginal bacterial flora and PH.
Hope this may help you. Let me know if anything not clear.
Thanks.
