I have hip joint pain, never had it before. I always have exercised, but I stopped for 3 weeks then resumed a rigoious schedule daily. After I stop & rest it seems better, but if I exercise tennis 3 days a week, walk 3 days, it comes back.I rest3d for 1 week it was better, but resumed this week, less active, but it got aggrevated again. What should I do? I had exrays, its normal.
