What Causes Hip Pain After Surgery To Remove The Enchondroma In Hip?
I have been in pain for almost a year after having surgery to remove an Enchondroma I my hip, and the doctors say nothing is visibl wwrong with it...but it hurts so bad it s driving me crazy. I also had a total left hip replacement approximately years ago (opposite hip) and i can barely function now. I just don t know where else to turn for help.
Pain in hip can be due to compression of nerve in the surgical site. I suggest you to consult a neurologist since there is nothing wrong with the surgery.
Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Shailja Puri, Pathologist and Microbiologist
