General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

As per your history, it may be due nerve compression.

to confirm diagnosis kindly do MRI lumbar, nerve conduction study an dvit B12 level after consultation.

for that take tab, tylenol. you may require tab. pregabalin after consultation.

Avoid forward bending and squatting position. Do regular physical therapy.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
