What Causes Hissing, Laughing And Yelling While On Diastat?

I have a 16 yr old daughter with Epilepsy, ADHD, Cerebral Palsy and Mental Retardation. She is on Banzel for Seizures and Concerta for ADHA. Her seizures are uncontrolled. After administering the diastat she has epsiodes of hissing, laughing, and yelling that last for about 10 mins. We have a neurologist, but she can t seem to pin point the causes of the hissing, laughing and yelling. She does have panic attacks where she can tell you when they are coming on. She also can tell you when these spells are starting. Any ideas?
