What Causes Hoarse Voice Along With Excessive Sleeping In Infants?
My 2 month old cry sounds different than he did before. Almost sounds like his throat maybe hurts or its hoarse. He doesn t lay there and cry at all...there is no fever, seems like he is sleeping a little more than normal but he s slept a lot since we brought him home. He was also 8 weeks premature.

This could be normal condition because of the accumulation of saliva, or secretion in lyringe such sound may be induce and this is nothing to worry if this is persistence or increases then condition need to be investigated some time this may be due to narrow trachea, actually this is also not the condition that could cause anything danger, hope this information helps, take care have a nice day.
