What Causes Hoarse Voice Along With Severe Cough?

I have a hoarse voice that s been like that for a few years. Lately, I feel like something is in my throat and I m coughing lots, sometimes with flex of blood in my sputum. I also have a terribly sore right shoulder since last year. should I be worried?

it can be laryngitis with involvement of vocal chord. can be singers nodule. what is your profession. get detail examination by ent doctor. can take benadryl cough syrup. by examination source blood can be detect edit can be any part of throat. can happen due to seviour cough.give rest to voice.
