What Causes Hoarse Voice Along With Shortness Of Breath?

For the last 4 days my voice is hoarse almost to the point of losing it. When I do talk it takes a lot of effort and my chest feels weak. When I do anything I feel out of breath. I also have been very tired and have been sleeping a lot. Is this something to be concerned about, or just a virus and to ride it out?
