General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello and Welcome to ‘Ask A Doctor’ service. I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

The colonoscopy is unlikely to have anything to do with your hoarseness. It is possible that the oxygen you were receiving caused this. This happens, because the supplemental oxygen may not be humidified enough. The dry air coming in could cause hoarseness of your voice. If it persists, you could try visiting a Ear Nose & Throat specialist. In the meantime, try some gargling and rest your voice.

I hope this helped.
