What Causes Hoarseness And Rashes On The Face In An Infant?
Hi. My 5 month old has just started getting a hoarse/raspy cry + flushed/rash to his cheeks, chin & neck. The rash to his neck has been there for a week. Thought it was caused by dribbling or mild allergy to rice cereal. He is drinking normal, has wet nappies, sleeping ok & temp is 36.3. Could this be just a cold?

It could be an attack of laryngitis or allergic eruption.
We have to rule out other causes also.
