What Causes Hoarseness Of Voice After Alcohol Consumption?

I am a 40 year old female who drinks a 12 pk light beer everyday and have noticed hoarseness in my voice..would this be attributed to drinking? I would like to slowly quit ..I have started taking a liver detoxifies and regenerator couple of months ago..am I on the right track and do you have anymore suggestions?

Thanks for posting in HCM.
I understand your concern.
Hoarseness of voice could be caused due to consumption of beer or alcoholic beverage, especially chilled due to mild mucosal inflammation and congestion.
Kindly take decongestant syrup along with salt water gargling with warm water to get better from it. Also, using throat soothening agents like medicated lozenges would also help.
