What Causes Hole At The Back Of Mouth Along With Pain In Ear?

I found a hole in the back of my mouth near my tonsils but it isnt my throat. Its in the crevice where my bottom jaw meets the top row of teeth in the general wisdom tooth area. Its an open hole withwhite tissue on the inside and i can barely swallow or open my mouth. It also sends a shooting pain into my ear when i swallow. The pain is dull and aching 24/7 but sometimes i can feel a stinging pain if anything touches it. What are some methods of removing this strange and painful wound?

I have gone through your query and can understand your concerns..

As per your complain it seems that the hole on wisdom tooth area seems to be due to erupting wisfy tooth and there is a possibility that the wisdom tooth has torn through the gums but has not erupted in the Oral cavity..

There seems to be inflammation of the gums in that area leading to Pericoronitis and it is a very painful condition..

I would suggest you to consult an Oral Physician and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation and investigations like x ray can help in diagnosis and treatment can be done accordingly..
As of now you can take anti-inflammatory painkillers like Ibuprofen .
Do warm saline gargles..
Take a soft diet and avoid spicy and hard foods..
