What Causes Hollow Sensation Under The Skull?
I am a relatively healthy 65 year old but am working fairly flat out and suffer from stress and anxiety I also have what feels like a hollowness just under my skull and am worried about brain shrinkage and dementia or alzheimers. Could they be connected?

you may b on antihypertensive drugs.
there are many causes of Lightheadedness.
may be hypoglycemia, anemia, dehydration, fever etc.
